Claudia Marrero is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), executive and leadership coach, and former Biomedical Electrical Engineer who partners with global leaders through BetterUp and major international corporations.
With over two decades of experience, she specializes in identity-level leadership development, communication mastery, and relational intelligence, applying a systems-based approach to human performance rooted in her work with GE Medical Systems.
Known for developing “Human Lighthouses,” Claudia helps leaders move beyond burnout and reactive patterns into clarity, agency, and embodied leadership, focusing not on incremental improvement but on deep structural transformation.
