About The Coaching Shop
Created by Ideal Coaching Global alumni, this ongoing series brings together coaches from diverse worldviews and life missions, united by a common commitment to people and the planet. Each conversation opens space for authentic exploration — the questions we’re living into, the edges we’re stretching toward, and the practices that help us create rather than react.
The Coaching Shop meets every other Tuesday, bringing coaches together for unscripted conversations that sharpen our craft and expand what’s possible. Each session is an opportunity to explore coaching distinctions, share stories and insights, and co-create one another’s success in a supportive, collaborative community.

Verónica Romo, FGE Coach
Verónica Romo is a Professional Ontological Coach, Executive Coach, and international speaker with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations in transformation and conscious leadership processes. She began her coaching journey in 2011, building on a solid background of more than 20 years in the corporate sector, as well as collaborations with international organizations and the public sector.
She currently trains and mentors new generations of coaches at Ideal Coaching Global and works with leaders and teams to develop emotional intelligence, effective communication, and organizational well-being. Her approach integrates experience, sensitivity, and innovative methodologies to generate sustainable results with meaningful human impact.

Bettie J. Spruill is the President and Co-Founder of Ideal Coaching Global and a pioneer in the field of ontological coaching. For more than four decades, she has been a voice for transformation, guiding individuals, leaders, and organizations to live and work with greater harmony, purpose, and ecological awareness.
Her teachings weave together philosophy, language, and human connection to reveal how our listening and speaking shape the worlds we create. A lifelong traveler and lover of music, freedom, and inquiry, Bettie’s work has touched thousands across the globe, inviting them to rediscover the sacredness of being and the joy of designing a life that works for all.
