Created by Ideal Coaching Global alumni, this ongoing series brings together coaches from diverse worldviews and life missions, united by a common commitment to people and the planet. Each conversation opens space for authentic exploration — the questions we’re living into, the edges we’re stretching toward, and the practices that help us create rather than react.
The Coaching Shop meets every other Tuesday, bringing coaches together for unscripted conversations that sharpen our craft and expand what’s possible. Each session is an opportunity to explore coaching distinctions, share stories and insights, and co-create one another’s success in a supportive, collaborative community.
Is an executive and leadership coach with more than twelve years of experience supporting global organizations like MasterCard, Pandora, GSK, Novartis, and AstraZeneca. She holds both a Professional Certified Coach credential and an Advanced Training in Executive Coaching (ATEC) certification through the International Coaching Federation and is a proud alumni of Ideal Coaching Global.
Her path into coaching was shaped by curiosity — a drive to understand how people grow, connect, and lead with authenticity. Before building her full-time practice, Liz spent years facilitating leadership development and culture transformation programs across industries and continents.
What makes her work stand out is her belief that transformation doesn’t come from knowing the answer, but from being willing to explore the question. She creates spaces of trust and inclusion where leaders learn to challenge assumptions, embrace uncertainty, and design lives and organizations that truly work.
is an alumni of Ideal Coaching Global and a former faculty member of Building Your Coaching Practice, where she helped shape dozens of highly successful coaching businesses — many of whom you’ll hear from in this series.
Her coaching journey began more than ten years ago in Mexico City. During the nine-month certification process, she and her peers gathered in person, creating bonds that still connect them as coaches today.
What inspired The Coaching Shop was, in truth, nostalgia. Back then, when the official ICG training ended, the students couldn’t stop. They would spill into the common areas of the hotel, talking shop late into the night — debating distinctions, challenging each other’s worldview, and getting lost in conversations about the craft. Looking back, those moments were just as valuable as the training itself.
The Coaching Shop is her way of bringing that energy back — a space to keep the conversation alive, to deepen practice together, and to build worlds that truly work. After all, that’s why most of us became coaches in the first place.
