Bettie Spruill
CEO & Founder
Bettie J. Spruill, President and Co-Founder of Ideal Coaching Global, has a rich history of actively engaging with individuals and teams to work together with greater ease and excellence.
Her lifelong commitment to sharing principles and practices of transformation, coaching, and living harmoniously and ecologically is her way of focusing on both self and organizational development. She has a broad perspective on sustainability and well-being.
Her love of traveling, music, freedom, and philosophy has shaped an interdependent and ecological worldview that has contributed to many lives.
Founding Ideal Coaching in 2000 was the beginning of walking the talk of a “sacredpreneur”. Before ICG, she led international training and programs with private groups and corporations, focusing on the coordination of effective action beginning with language.
Her message is: "If we wrote this narrative, we can author something else and our lives are inextricably connected.
She is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council.
Ana Escalante
COO & Head of Coaching Programs
MCC, MA, MS
With more than two decades of experience as an international Master Trainer and Coach, Ana has dedicated her career to enhancing organizational capacities. Her expertise lies in cultivating the development of C-level executives through a combination of coaching and training initiatives.
As a former family therapist, Ana provides a deeper understanding of the human condition.
Additionally, she is an accomplished author, penning several books, including "Seven Seeds of Love and Abundance," "Integrity: The Language of Possibilities," and "El Ser y el Hacer del Coach."
Ana holds the distinction of being the first woman in Mexico acknowledged as a Master Coach by the International Coach Federation.
She is ICG COO/Head of Coaching Programs and co-creator of ICG Advance Training in Organizational and Executive Coaching.
Xavier Lee
CSO & Head of New Business
& Partnerships
Xavier is an international business consultant, leadership trainer, and executive coach specializing in high-performance team building and mindfulness.
He is a Master Trainer in NLP, certified by NLPU, Mindfulness Teacher certified by Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Language and Behavior (LAB) Consultant, Limbic Coach®, and Transformational Business Coach.
Xavier holds an MBA, and specializes in helping leaders build high-performance culture through enhancing emotional/social intelligence, teamwork, and mindfulness.
Lorinda Bartlett
Director of
Programs & Operations
Lorinda is responsible for managing all operations, each coaching program, staff, and students. She has been an integral part of the ICG community since 2017.
Lorinda is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
She shares her expertise in other coaching areas as a certified Executive Leadership coach specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching with emphasis on Ontology, Mindfulness and Ecology.
She is also an ICF Certified Mentor coach and Inspire Breathwork facilitator.
Her goals are to support every staff, student and private client in moving forward to achieve their most important goals.
Michelle Andrada
Director of
Marketing & Admissions
Michelle has been on the team for over 7 years. She supports potential students in taking committed and inspired action that sets them on their journey towards becoming a professional coach. She also is one of ICG’s facilitators.
Michelle is experienced in leading teams and has been coaching high-powered executives, business owners, and various professionals for over 20 years in her private coaching practice.
She has always had a passion for supporting and empowering people’s contribution and leadership, and is driven by her passion and purpose to serve others.
Michelle is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and is currently working towards her Master Certified Coach credential.
LaNeesha Deneal
Head of Business Services
& Finances
LaNeesha manages ICG’s finances and actions. She answers any questions students may have around ICG tuition, including budgeting, finances.
She helps individuals understand their spending habits, and align them with investments and financial goals. She shows business owners just how easy it can be to systematize their finances and count their golden beans.
As a hypnotherapist, LaNeesha elicits powerful sessions that create lasting change. She enthusiastically teaches clients about the capability of the subconscious mind, and how to manage unavoidable subliminal messages. She enjoys connecting individuals to their higher selves.
As a current student in the Coaching for Excellence Level 2 Coach Certification Program with goals for completion this year.

Benicio serves as ICG's Senior Coach and Inspire Breathwork Facilitator.
He has been an integral part of the ICG community since 2017, bringing his extensive expertise as a Relationship Coach with an Ontological, Mindful, and Ecological approach.
Benicio is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
Benicio has been immersed in Breathwork since 1989. As the visionary behind "Inspire Breathwork Training," he has crafted transformative workshops such as "Love Who You Are" and "Conscious Relationship."
His dedication extends to working with private clients and leading group coaching sessions, supporting individuals and diverse groups across various life paths and industries.
Alberto Torres

Alberto leads the mentoring team and is responsible for developing students’ coaching skills and competencies.
He is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
Alberto is also a businessman, architect, and developer, who has been coaching entrepreneurs since 2013. Collaborating with ICG since 2015.
His purpose in life is to serve and create awareness in any community in which he is involved.
He believes in creating leaders who thrive with their teams through effective communication utilizing professional coach competencies.

Nick is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional specializing in coach marketing. He is an experienced business coach, published author, international speaker, and NLP trainer.
He also co-owns a digital marketing agency specialising in helping coaches build successful online practices.
Nick is the author of the smash-hit book, 7 Minute Mindset.
