To ensure alignment and a high-quality experience for all participants, the registration process includes the following steps:
● Complete the registration form.
● Upload your coaching diploma and a brief curriculum vitae.
● Schedule a 20-minute interview with Ana Escalante, MCC.
● Confirm your place by completing the payment.
You will have the opportunity to present a case at least once a month. In addition, you will engage actively in the process—learning through observing others’ cases and contributing your insights and reflections to enrich the group’s collective learning.
To preserve the confidentiality and psychological safety of the space, sessions will not be recorded. This ensures the protection of both coaches and their clients and supports open, honest reflection.
Yes. To ensure the quality, depth, and integrity of the group, participants are invited to meet the following requirements:
● Hold a coaching certification diploma (ICF or equivalent).
● Have an active coaching practice with current clients.
● Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional and personal development.
● Be willing to engage in honest self-reflection and offer constructive peer feedback.
●Commit to confidentiality, presence, and consistent participation in all sessions.
